Privacy Policy

Effective September 2, 2026 · Last updated September 10, 2026

The short version: Morrow is in development. This policy currently covers the Morrow website at morrow.dayafter.app and the Early Access form. It does not describe future app behavior as if it were already available. Before an app test build is offered, this page will be updated to document how that build handles data.

What this policy covers

This policy covers information processed when you visit morrow.dayafter.app, choose website analytics settings, or submit the Early Access form. It does not make privacy claims about an unreleased app workflow.

Information submitted through Early Access

The Early Access form asks for an email address, a chosen seed colour, who you expect to use Morrow for, the language spoken at home, and optional feedback. It may also include the campaign source that brought you to the website.

The form sends this information to a Cloudflare endpoint. Contact and subscriber details are passed to Buttondown, the email-list provider; the chosen seed colour is handled by Cloudflare. DayAfter uses the information for Morrow updates, testing invitations, product research, and returning a reserved seed colour when access opens. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Website analytics

The website uses PostHog for analytics only after you choose Accept in the analytics banner. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, analytics remain disabled.

Configured events cover page views, broad viewport category, navigation, section reach, FAQ use, waitlist completion, and selected performance measurements. The website is configured not to send form contents, medical information, full query parameters, or session recordings to PostHog. PostHog may process technical connection information under its own service configuration and privacy terms.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser so the website can remember it. You can reopen Analytics settings from the footer.

Future app features

Website descriptions and illustrations may show future recording, transcription, document import, source review, term explanations, cross-visit continuity, and private portal features. Those descriptions are product direction, not a statement that each feature is currently available.

Before an app build is offered for testing, this policy will be updated to describe the build's actual permissions, storage, processing, third-party services, retention, deletion, and sharing behavior.

Children's privacy

The website and Early Access list are not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted.

Data retention and deletion

You can unsubscribe from Early Access emails using the link in an email. To request deletion or correction of Early Access information, contact hello@dayafter.app.

You can decline website analytics or change the choice through Analytics settings in the footer. Retention by Buttondown, Cloudflare, and PostHog is also subject to their applicable service settings and policies.

Changes to this policy

If Morrow begins testing an app build or DayAfter materially changes how the website handles information, this page and its effective date will be updated.
