Terms of Use

Effective September 2, 2026 · Last updated September 2, 2026

The short version: Morrow is in development. The website describes product direction, provides project updates, and accepts Early Access registrations. Illustrations and future features are not guarantees of current availability. Nothing on this website is medical advice.

What Morrow is

Morrow is a medical-visit record product by DayAfter. The intended product will help people organize visit material, review an organized record against its source, and retain questions for later appointments. The website distinguishes current development from future work on the homepage and roadmap.

Not medical advice

Website content, examples, term explanations, and future generated records are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Illustrative records may contain fictional medical information. Verify important information and care decisions with a qualified clinician.

Product status and illustrations

Descriptions of recording, transcription, document import, structured records, source review, medical-term explanations, cross-visit continuity, and a private web portal refer to future product direction unless a page expressly states that a feature is available in a specific test build.

Product plans can change as development, testing, privacy review, and technical requirements continue. Joining Early Access does not guarantee an invitation date, feature set, platform, language, or continued availability.

Recording appointments

Recording features are not currently available. If recording becomes available, you will remain responsible for following applicable laws and clinic policies and for obtaining consent when required. Website information about recording is general information, not legal advice.

The website

The Morrow website at morrow.dayafter.app provides product information, project updates, and an Early Access form. Information submitted through the website and optional website analytics are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Future test builds

A test invitation may include additional terms, privacy disclosures, consent screens, or technical requirements that apply to that build. Those build-specific materials will take precedence for the testing activity they cover.

Intellectual property

Morrow, DayAfter, their design, code, illustrations, and original website content are the property of Dickens Leung unless otherwise identified. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or represent them as your own without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The website and prerelease information are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DayAfter and its developer shall not be liable for damages arising from reliance on website content, illustrative records, or statements about future functionality.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Morrow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
